blogger theme are free available and easy to manage you don't need to any kind of programming acknowledge.
If you don't like blogger then you choose Bigrock.in , godaddy.com and hostgator.in hosting website.
If you choose blogger then it's platform is easy and free and kind of templet , tools freely available.
If you choose other hosting website like bigrock.in or hostgator.in then you choose wordpress platfrom and they offer different type of plan like 20%, 30%, off etc.
step 4. Open Blogger.com account with google gmail id and password, it will show like below then click on New Blog
It will show like this and write the title of your website then find
subdomain name( you also change your own domain name with this domain nam) and do not any changes in Template option
and click on Create blog!
step 5. Find the best theme suitable for your website topic and install
go gooyaabitemplates.com/, www.mybloggerthemes.com/, btemplates.com/ websites and find best theme related your topic. there are different category available like feature, style, topic and column wise.
Examaple my website is news them we choose Newstube theme.
If your topic is Games then you choose PowerGame Blogger Template .
Go to Template Menu and click on Backup / Restore it will show like.
Then clikc on Browser option and select you finded theme and click on upload botton then it will be successful install template.
step 6. Set up your custom domain
before you move your blog to Custom domain name.
you need to purchase already domain name from below websites.
there are many companies provides custom domain name.
After you purchase your custom domain, follow below step
1. Go to admin panel and click setttings menu then after click Basic. choose Blogging address in publishing section and you see there are blogger subdomain is available and click the below link to + Set up a third-party URL for your blog - Point your own registered URL to your blog.
2. then open below like box and Type the url you purchase, clilk save
step 1. first of all you need topic. choose your interest field topic.

3. There are arror is occur and two CNAME is available each cname is two part. first is Name, Label or Host field and second is Destination, Target or Points To field. first CNAME is Name being "www" and second Destination "ghs.google.com" same for all and second CNAME is unique for all
4. Go On your domain registrar's website, click on domain name, Go to DNS Management Click on Manage DNS
5. Now Add CNAME record Which you got when you add custom domain name to your blogger account below example
Add to CNAME record one by one.
After adding these two record you see like this,
6. After adding record go to blog Settings in Basic and Blog Address save it's.
7. After saving the settings, it will look like below.

Note: After saving the setting it wiil take 24 hours for upgrading DNS(domain name server)
step 7. Create valuables posts and grow your website traffic.
